Some days ago, I received a newsletter where I have read that InfoJobs Executive is collaborating with IESE Business School to figure out the 10 skills of key leadership for managers' employability. I making the questionnaire and they will send me a report with my competence profile. I summarize here its various aspects. You can see, within the graphics, my results with the green line and the average of the other participants with other colors:
Strategic Competencies
Competencies aimed at generating and implementing strategies to achieve greater economic value for the company. The degree of development of these skills determines strategic talent. This dimension depends, to a large extent, on the efficiency of the company and therefore their survival.
Interpersonal Competencies
Skills that enable the development of skills of employees and their correct functionality at work. The exercise of this dimension develops executive talent: the ability to motivate and develop people.
Intrapersonal Competencies
Competencies to develop confidence and identification of employees with the company. Are directed to the achievement of unity understood as the degree of trust and integration of people with the mission of the organization.
Metacompetencies
The meta-competencies are the necessary skills that facilitate the acquisition of any competition.
