A "Personal Profile" describes the skills and qualifications that enhance the ability of individuals to take advantage of opportunities for education and training that are available in order to progress within the company or adapt to the evolution of technology. Where are defined the competencies how observable and habitual behavior that contribute to the success of a person in their activity or management function.
