In the winter of 2012, we did the Team Building of my team (Technology and Innovation) in Madesimo, a very beautiful place. The most interesting thing was to discover "Profile Insight Discovery".
This Insights Discovery Profile is based on the answers you have provided in a questionnaire of 25 self-assessment questions "Insights Preference Analysis".
The result is certainly INCREDIBLE because it gets identify things about your personality, in a very deep way, some have surprised me because they are true in a high percentage.
The origins of personality theory can be traced back to the V century. BC, when Hippocrates identified four different "moods" which are manifested in different types of people. The Insights System is built around the model of personality analysis, which first developed by the Swiss psychologist Carl Gustav Jung. This model was published in 1921 inside his work "Psychological Types" and developed in subsequent writings. Since then, Jung's work on personality and preferences has been adopted as a starting point for understanding personality and has been studied by thousands of researchers.
